Vegetable Kurma Hotel style




This's Hotel style White kuruma.It'll go with Biriyani,Kuska,chapathi,layerd parota.
Ingredients:
  1. Onion-1/2 cup
  2. Tomato-1 (chopped)
  3. Vegetables-carrot,Beans,Peas,Potato mixed-2cups
  4. Ginger Garlic paste-2teaspoon
  5. Whole garam masala-Cinnamon-1" inch,Cloves-2,Bay leaves-1
  6. Salt
  7. Oil

To Grind: 

  1. Coconut-1/2 cup
  2. Fennel seeds-1/2teaspoon
  3. Kas kas/Poppy seeds-1 teaspoon(R)Cashew-5
  4. Potukadalai/Daliya-2tablespoon
  5. Green chilly-2
  6. Cardamom-1(Optional)
Cut all vegetables in big size, half boil it in Microwave(R)Opened Vessel with little water and salt.





Method:
  1. Add Oil pan,add whole garam masala,fry well
  2. Put ginger garlic paste and fry.
  3. Now add the onions,fry till gets soft
  4. Add the tomato and fry till tomato gets soft.
  5. Now pour grounded coconut mixture.,and add 1cup of water, put green peas let it cook for 3 mins.
  6. Once the curry came thick add boiled vegetables and mix well.Cook it for 2-3 min.,
  7. Check salt and add Chopped cilantro.
  8. That's it,ready to serve with Chapathi,Tamilnadu style Layered Parotas.

Note:
          Dont use turmeric powder..then color will  change to yellow.
