Roasted Corn

This's a street food in TamilNadu..India.Commonly will have this dish in all Hill station in TamilNadu.
  1. Whole Corn-2
  2. Salt/Red chilly powder-to taste
  3. Lemon (R)Lemon juice
  1. Clean the Corn,take out all waste parts.
  2. Now directly keep the corn on stove,cook in low flame.

3.Have to roll the corn every 10 sec., Otherwise it'll burn.
4.Do the same method for all sides.

5.Corn is ready,now take small plate (R) bowl mix red chilly powder and salt.Cut a lemon in edge,dip the lemon in chilly mixture and apply all around the corn.
6.While applying the spice have to squeeze the lemon,corn will get all three Taste.
7.That's it Roasted Corn is ready to have.Enjoy.
