This's a very Healthy Dosa for all age people.
- Ragi Flour- 1 cup
- Urad dal Batter-1/2 cup
- Green chilly-Few (Chopped)
- Onion-1/2 (Chopped)
|Fermented Ragi Batter|
- Now mix again the batter with ladle,add water if required.add green chilly.
- Then Heat a Dosa Pan and make Dosai like regular dosai.
- Top the Dosai with Chopped onion.
- Serve Hot with,Coconut Chutney.(Really you will like it)
Tip: U can save some Urad dal batter alone, while grinding Dosa (R)idli batter.Take One hand full of Urad dal batter and mix with 1 cup of ragi flour.
